The first date I had with my husband started at the Portland Waterfront watching The Mark & Brian Show Live. I’m really looking forward to getting my hands on this book and reading it from cover to cover. Thanks so much for writing it!

This is awesome, excited to read it, but how do the clues you gave out relate to it being a book?

I can’t wait to hear the audiobook , but had to order the hardback copy as well as you are right. When people are reading they often get the urge to stop reading and measure something. We were all reading the stats of monkeypox and COVID spikes at our monthly staff meeting and I swear to gawd I had the urge to stop reading and measure something, but had no device to do so-thanks for creating such a tool for me to use in the future 🙂 Bless you and Lynda for being Good Human and helping our furry friends. Thank you from nurse Suzie in Chico and our furry friends: Leah, Puss, Magic, Zorro and Lucky.

Been listening to Mark ‘n Linda podcasts too and loved when you were ‘back in SoCal’ on the Sound a few years back. Hope you and your Family are doing great. For so many years you made me laugh, smile, and made my day better. You truly are a ‘good human’.

Then this audiobook is for you. 10 hours of me. For the record I was so sick of hearing myself by the end of it that I needed to get away, but I was there.

Hooty Hoo dude! Listener #44 here. Great hearing your voice on the old radio today. Like when an old (very old) friend that you haven’t heard from in years calls you out of the blue. Hard to believe it’s been ten years (not counting the Sound time) and you still have that memorizing ability to entertain, which, it you think about it, might be somewhat scary. Well just a thanks for keeping me (and the kids) sane during morning commutes and work. Good job!!!

Hey number 44, and hang in there with the kids. And don’t ever call me again

It only took you 10 years to come out with the book highlighting your 22 years on KLOS. When can we expect the flier from your days on The Sound?
Thank you for ALL the years you kept my dumb ass laughing. Can’t wait to give out the two extra books I ordered as gifts for Christmas to two of my Stupid Replaceable Listener friends!!

Mark, any chance there will be any old stories from our days at 96 ERC 🙂 ? Like to see the story of you playing Rocky Mountain Way and dashing downstairs to your car….. or watching Long John cut Kevin’s tie for not playing the latest Andy Gibb song. Seriously, looking forward to reading the book.

I went and gave blood platelets at the Pomona Red Cross facility where you held all the blood drives. It is so cool to see all the past up on the walls in the building. I miss those days, and the Red Cross also misses those days. Since you have moved on, the shortages of blood and platelets are extreme. If you can give, please do; it is the easiest way to save a life. Wishing you and your family nothing but the best as you helped me through some very tough times, and over two decades, your voice and laugh, helped me many times get through the day. I cannot wait to read it 🙂 Blessings from So Cal!
